The
RCA 2000 is an on-line analyser for carbon content in ash or LOI. The
instrument provides the operator with vital real time information about the
combustion efficiency through continuous monitoring of the unburned carbon
content in the fly-ash.
The technology is based on extracting samples of fly-ash in flue gas ducts. The samples are returned into the flue gas duct or can at preset times be collected in exchangable containers as per requirements.
The
RCA 2000 is a very reliable instrument with low maintenance requirements.
It reduces to a great extent the need of performing the
labour intensive laboratory analysis.
