AUTOMATIC FUEL FLOW BALANCING SYSTEM

The automatic fuel flow balancing system is designed for equalising the flow in the fuel pipes from the mills to the burners.

The balancing system consists of an ACFM-2200, a Communication Box and a Trimming Damper ATD-2100.

The ACFM measures the flow in each fuel pipe  and generates an electric signal for this to the communication box

The communication box is reading the flow signals and transmits the appropriate signals to the ATD for the purpose of balancing the flows in all fuel pipes.

The ATDs then adjust the orifice opening to match the requirement for adjustment of the flow.
